All the children are busy at the moment, colouring pictures for our Colouring Competition. Make sure you collect your picture, there will be a winner from each year group.

Can I remind all children to bring their coats with them to the Breakfast Club, especially the year 4, 5 and 6 children as they have to walk around to their classrooms, in the bad weather.

We are all pleased in the Breakfast Club, hot chocolate has returned due to the cold weather. I can hear lots of mmmmmmm as the children enjoy it.

The cost of the Breakfast Club is £1.75 per day for one child, if there are two children from the family the cost is £2.50 per day. The money is taken by the canteen staff and not by the school staff. Food available for breakfast is toast, assorted cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, drinks are milk and some fresh juice. Unfortunately, hot chocolate or milk shake is not to be served anymore. If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to ask Mrs Hardwick or the school office.

Welcome back to you all, a few of our year 6 pupils from last year have left, but we have new children from our Reception classes, welcome to them. They have settled well and are making new friends of our older children.

Thank you so much for the lovely prsents you have given me at the end of a busy term. I have enjoyed being with you again, all year. You are great children, and all a credit to your parents having excellent behaviour at all times. Enjoy the summer holidays, stay safe and be careful.

This morning, we welcomed new professional people to our Breakfast Club.
We had – a Vet, a couple of Footballers, 2 Ballerinas, Soldier, Swimming Teacher, Beautician, Dance Teacher, Actress (also their oscar statue), Rockstars, Policewoman, CID officer, Astronaut, Jockey, Golfer and an Author.

We welcomed all to our Club, and asked them about their chosen profession when they leave school.

Mrs Kirkwood is helping us in Breakfast Club in the mornings now, we welcome her and hope she enjoys playing games and getting up early in the morning!!
